J L
Price:
I purchased this lotion from Target for about $9. It is available in most Walmart's, Target's, Wallgreen's, etc. and online.

Product Description:
This lotion comes in a beige plastic bottle with a blue hand pump. The pump can be opened or closed by just turning it to one side or the other. The label is done in gree, blue, dark green, and white coloring. The label says "Cetaphil. Every Age. Every Stage. Every Day. Moisturizing Lotion. For All Skin TYpes. Lightweight hydration for everyday use. Fragrance Free."

Promises:
"Specifically formulated to soothe chronically dry skin."

"Non-comedogenic Cetaphil® Moisturizing Lotion is an elegant, non-greasy formulation that is mild, non-irritating and long lasting. The cosmetically appealing formulation contains a superior system of emollients and humectants to bind moisture to the skin. The fragrance-free moisturizer contains no lanolins or parabens that could irritate sensitive skin."

"CetaphilMoisturizers, originally formulated for dermatologists to treat dry, sensitive or compromised skin."

Overall Opinion:
I love the Cetaphil brand. It has a high reputation of being good quality that works and it is reccommended by Dermatologists nationwide. I have been using the Cetaphil Moisturizing Lotion for some time now and I think it is the best face and body lotion there is. It goes on very smooth and lightweight when I apply it. It keeps my skin moisturized and soft all day without making it greasy or oily. It is especially great for sensetive skin types. Another plus is that this lotion is fragrance free, which I love because I use it on my face. A little of this lotion also goes a long way so you do not have to apply much when using. This is a great lotion and I think the price is very reasonable. I think the only con I have about this is that it does not contain any sunscreen. This lotion is and does everything that it promises!

AAASKINDOCTOR.COM says "For patients who like a very light moisturizer, and those dry skin patients who need less moisture in the summertime, Cetaphil lotion is a good choice. Light enough that it won't aggravate acne. Gentle enough for those with eczema, psoriasis and atopic dermatitis."
