Reviews at gadgetreview.com said, --- compatible with most doctors' office software --- the ones who treat you are the ones who built this device.
In our mobile society the Chart Scout Portable Health Record could be a valuable tool. For people with complex medical issues it can negate the need for communication between physician's offices. In our computer oriented society the device allows quick transfer of large amounts of medical history quickly and accurately. To deter identity theft the information can be protected by a personal password. It is up to the user to insure that all medical history and test results are updated. It is possible that physicians may still require some sort of verification that the information is accurate.
The Chart Scout Portable Health Record will allow a patient to transport volumes of medical records in a convenient two-inch USB data drive. No more trying to remember phone numbers or depending on operators to relay information from one office to another.
