The Chia Cat Grass Planter features Loonie Tunes' Sylvester and Tweetie around a bright yellow pot. The Chia Cat Grass itself was easy to grow, and we started to see results within the first couple days.
All you have to do is empty all but two tablespoons of the Chia Growing Mix into the Chia Cat Grass Planter, then lightly pat the Mix down with your finger, making it level. Then you sprinkle the contents of the seed pack evenly over the Growing Mix. Next, sprinkle the remaining Growing Mix over the seeds, covering them as much as possible. Add a single saucer of water. Then loosely cover the planter with an inverted plastic saucer. Over the next few days, the first sprouts will emerge. When they reach about one inch in length, you can remove the saucer. Once you do, the sprouts will grow quickly, as much as one inch a day under ideal conditions. When the Growing Mix becomes dry, you can add water. But be careful not to overwater. Once the Chia Cat Grass reaches about four inches in length, you can serve it to your cats.
Chia Cat Grass provides essential vitamins and folic acids, aids in digestion by increasing roughage, assists in eliminating nasty hairballs, and even helps freshen your cats' breath. Cat grass also satisfies your cats' natural cravings for grass and keeps them away from your dangerous houseplants. Chia Cat Grass is organic and pesticide free. It is a healthy and tasty snack for your grass-loving cats.
My female cat took to the Chia Cat Grass immediately, and she would snack on it several times a day. My male cat took more time, and he still prefers his wet cat food and moist treats. But overall, Chia Cat Grass was a huge success. And the planter is far from an eye sore. It is a cute yellow pot featuring your favorite Looney Tunes characters that I don't at all mind having in my home.
The Chia Cat Grass Planter makes a great gift for your cats or your favorite cat-lover. It's reasonably priced at under twenty bucks and it's available at supermarkets, pet stores and pharmacies nationwide. Or you can find online.

Post a CommentMy female cat (3 yrs old) took to this stuff like drugs, or grazed at it like a starved cow. Excellent product. However, you can find cheaper cat grass seeds and then use your own container. Most cat grass seed mix is a combination of one or more of the grains wheat, oat, barley, and rye. Actually, I would recommend getting a larger pot and more seeds, because even a small cat can empty the Chia cat grass planter in a few minutes, and then it takes a couple days to grow back.
I grow cat grass for my kitties..they love it..
