This product is 100% fragrance free, and allergy tested meaning that the chances that you'll be allergic to it will decrease; not many people who have used the Clinique Deep Comfort Body Butter have found themselves to be allergic. For those who love fragrances, and scents, this body butter will not do anything for you. While it does have a scent, it is not the fragrance of added fragrance but perhaps the smell of the product itself. The smell will linger for some time on your skin.
Basically, this product comes in a tube, and all you have to do is squeeze some of the product out, and apply it to your skin. The body butter from Clinique is intense and very replenishing meaning that you do not need a lot of product for a large area. The body butter consistency is like butter, and you will only need a small tab of it. While it may seem greasy when you apply it on your hands, the moisturizer almost immediately gets absorbed into your skin, and will not leave any residue. It's not sticky or greasy at all but leaves your skin feeling supple and soft to the touch.
While you can purchase the big product, if you have never tried this product before, it may be smarter to purchase the sample or get a sample from the Clinique counter in order to verify whether you are allergic to it or not, and to see the results with your own eyes. The product is actually capable of replenishing your skin, and adding moisture and oil back to it. It's a great product especially in the winter.
The body butter may be a bit more expensive than other brands, but it's definitely well-worth the price - especially for those who have sensitive skin because it can do wonders for your skin without irritating it.
