Product Review: Country Apple Fragrance by Bath and Body Works

If you love apples, then you will love Country Apple by Bath and Body Works. This was the first fragrance I ever purchased from them years ago, and today it is still my favorite, and if you're like me about strong fragrances, this just may suit your taste, or maybe I should say smell!

Country Apple does have a fruity apple smell to it, so if you don't care for fragrances with light, fruity scents, then this may not be for you. On the other hand however, it's a very good fragrance to wear all day and every day for apple lovers.

I wouldn't necessarily say it's a good fragrance to wear if you're going out at night, because it's too light. If you're looking for something heavier, darker and more mysterious, then Country Apple definitely isn't the fragrance you're looking for to wear on a date.

If the date or event takes place during the day or afternoon, then it would be perfect for you. The scent is fresh and clean and makes you feel fresh and clean. It's wonderful for adults as well as young ladies from 13 and up.

The only thing I found that I don't like about the Country Apple refills, is that they don't come with the diffuser. When searching for this fragrance with a diffuser, the closest I came was Autumn Apple. I have never tried Autumn Apple, so I don't know how it smells.

Apparently if you want the diffuser, you will have to order another fragrance you like, then use the diffuser for your Country Apple. It appears they don't even sell the diffuser by itself. But even with this, the fragrance is simply delicious, and I'm sure if you like light fruity scents, then you will enjoy this fragrance from Bath and Body Works.

It can be worn to work, to church, to afternoon functions and even while exercising. The fragrance is light enough so that you can layer the different products if you desire. But I would only layer two of the products until you're sure how this scent reacts to your body chemistry. Using the body lotion and the body splash is more than enough to last you all day.

If you wore any more than that, I think the scent would overwhelm not only the people around you, but you, and I have discovered that this fragrance can wear off, but it doesn't rinse off. If you use too much, you would have to take another bath to get rid of it. When wearing fragrances, the idea is to smell good, without advertising yourself while still two blocks away.
