Product Review: Dove Deep Moisture Day Cream

The Dove products have always been quite good to me and are well-worth their price, which is why I chose the Dove deep Moisture Day Cream to help moisturize my skin in the morning before I applied my makeup and such. It's not too expensive for a jar of this stuff, and it basically lasts quite a long time as well! It's definitely a product that I would recommend to those with normal to dry skin.

For one, this cream has SPF 15 to it. While nowadays we really do require a higher SPF level, if you don't plan to go out to the beach, it's a great moisturizer to use! The sunscreen content in it allows you to not worry that much about the sunscreen as this moisturizer will moisturize your skin while having UVA/UVB protection. Only a little bit of this product is needed as you smooth it onto your skin.

This product comes in a nice thick jar that's actually pretty heavy. It's not a big jar, but the product inside will last you a couple of months! The jar seems to be made out of glass, and so you may want to be careful not to drop it when you're using it, but the packaging is really cute, and pretty! What's more important is that the product inside this packaging works!

This moisturizer works because it leaves my skin moisturized and smooth while it protects my skin from the UV rays. It is non-comedogenic meaning that it won't clog pores. So far that I've used it, it does not aggravate my skin or clog my pores at all. I haven't gotten any pimples from this product nor has my skin broken out. It's not too oily, and it doesn't leave any oil residue on my face. In fact, my skin seems to just absorb it up! It refreshes my skin, and gives it a nice oily glow. Applying make-up after putting this moisturizer on is also relatively easy, and it does not seem to interfere with my make-up at all by making it easier to smudge or oily. It also has a lovely fragrance to it that reminds me of flowers. Some may be allergic to this smell but it really isn't too strong.

It's no too expensive, and is relatively easy to find at any drugstore. It hydrates the skin, and is a good product overall. I personally love this product, and the dove line right now because it delivers what it promises to, and it's not too expensive. Also, it seems to be a good product for those with sensitive skin as no one I know has broken out because of this product. Plus, I love the radiant glow it gives me!
