Product Review Follow-up: Nova Backup4all

Jeff Gedgaud
I reviewed Backup4all several months ago and how nice the program is but they have continued to improve the easy to use and handy back up program. Backing up your data and important settings is made even easier with plug-ins for Backup4all for many commonly used programs for your computer.

Backup4all is a great backup program that is easy to use for backing up your important data and information. After installing the program you simply use the wizard to create a backup of the information and data you want on your computer.

Backup4all includes many handy features and settings that make backing up your computers data, programs or whole drives easy but they have continued to improve the program. To use plug-ins for backing up settings and favorites of programs and browsers means you don't have to waste important drive space backing up the whole program, just the information you need when you reinstall the program after a catastrophe.

Softland has made backing up certain settings, features and information for programs and software as simple as loading a plug-in and clicking to setup that back up. I have tried these plug-ins and they work very simply to maintain your computer setup for ease of use after a failure or even for simple setup when your program is reinstalled.

As an example I installed several plug-ins and tried them out by deleting the software and reinstalling or resetting to see how well the plug-in backup works. I reset my Internet Explorer settings to check out that plug-in and after deleting all settings and favorites used the restore function and it worked like a charm.

The Backup4all plug-ins are for programs like Internet Explorer Favorites, WinZip, Opera, Photoshop CS2, iTunes and several other popular programs. There are six categories with about 70 plug-ins for easy settings, favorites and other backups for simple and easy restoring of your programs.

The plug-ins work exactly like they should for simple and easy restoring of your information or settings. Just perform a backup on your favorites and if you have to reinstall your program like Internet Explorer you simply run the restore to get all your favorites right back on the tool bar like you had them.

You can group all the backups together and perform scheduled backups for all of them using the scheduler or perform backups only when you want to. This is very handy to perform weekly or routine backups like you should be doing so you can ensure backups of all your important information and settings. Maintaining a system as an administrator is made easy using the group function and you can even backup to a server using the FTP server backup function.

Softland continues to ensure your ease of use and simple functions for easy and sure backups of your important information and settings. Maintaining a system is made even easier with these backup plug-ins and the entire backup system works very well.

Check out the new backup plug-ins for easy and simple backup of your important programs as well as your entire system and important data.
