When my hands become dry and flaky I know, it is time to use a hand scrub to help exfoliate and nourish them up again. The natural hand scrub I like to use is Freeman Bare Hands Tangerine and Basil Hand and Cuticle Renewal Scrub. The scrub contains nourishing and exfoliating ingredients that help remove the dry flaky skin from my hands while nourishing the new skin underneath so my hands can be smooth again.
The Freeman Bare Hands Tangerine and Basil Hand and Cuticle Renewal Scrub comes in a 4 fluid ounce squeezable bottle. The scrub inside is very gritty with an orange yellow like color to it, and has a strong sweet tangerine scent with a hint of basil in the background to accent it. I find the scent uplifting and pleasing to the senses. I can definitely say the scent of this hand scrub also uplifts any negative mood when it is being used. The nourishing and exfoliating natural ingredients this hand scrub contains are vitamins, essential moisturizing oils, tangerine, bail, colorings, sodium benzoate, glycolic acid and parabens. Not all these ingredients are natural so keep that in mind if you are one of those people who like to use all natural beauty care products.
The first thing I like to do before using this tangerine and basil hand scrub is soak my hands in a warm hand bath with a tablespoon of olive oil. This helps warn and soften up the skin so it is easier for me to exfoliate. Then I take a tablespoon of the hand scrub and rub my hands together all over for about 2 minutes. Then I soak my hands again to wash off the scrub and remove the dead flaky skin from them. After I pat my hands dry and always apply a deep hand cream that smells fruity to help add extra moisturize and nourishment to them. After my hands are silky smooth and looking their best. To keep my hands in top shape I use this hand scrub about twice a week.
I do think the Freeman Bare Hands Tangerine and Basil Hand and Cuticle Renewal Scrub is affordable and worth using to help get rid of dry rough hands because it works well for me. I would recommend this hand scrub to any male or female to use to help keep their hands looking and feeling their best.
