Product Review: FUZE Slenderize Tropical Punch

I drink nothing but water and have for the last several years. I have tried a lot of different types of flavored drinks but they all have a high number of calories or carbs, or both. So when I received some buy 1 get 1 free coupons for the new Slenderize Fuze drink I was very excited to use them.

I bought this product from Target and it was $1.50.

DESCRIPTION
FUZE Healthy Infuzions Slenderize comes in an 18 fl oz/ 532 ml glass bottle. The label is very tropical looking with bright, bold, and fun colors which is very eye catching. The bottle has a twist off top. This is good because if you do not finish all of the drink you can just put the lid back on and put it back in the refridgerator for later.

OVERALL OPINION
I think this drink is really great. Not only does it have the ingredients to boost your energy and metabolism, but the taste is like no other. It does not leave any kind of after taste as I have found other similar drinks to do. The tropical punch flavor is very "tropical punchy." It seems to have a very distinct pineapple flavor to me. I would personally try this product again, as well as the other flavors that are offered. I do believe that once I run out of my buy 1 get 1 free coupons though that I will not purchase this drink regulary because I think the price is a bit high.

DOES IT WORK?
While this drink is packed full of vitamins and nutrients, it still leaves me a bit spectacle as to if it really does what it promises and if it can really "slenderize."

The Fuze Slenderize label says that Carnitine will boost your energy but a study done by The Sports Supplement Review, says there is no conclusice evidence that "increasing the amount of Carnitine will increase the rate or amounts of fatty acids that can be converted into energy by the cell."

The label also says that Chromium improves the amount of energy you get from food but research done by The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition reveals that the supplement provides no benefit at all to healthy individuals.

These statements leave me thinking that this product may not do what its creators and lable promise.
