Product Review of Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew the Brusher Gel Cleanser

I recently purchased a bottle of Garnier Nutritioniste Skin Renew the Brusher Gel cleanser. Garnier skin renew gel cleanser promises to deep clean and exfoliate your skin while hydrating it. I have been using Garnier skin renew the brusher gel cleanser for about two weeks.

I was immediately attracted to Garnier the Brusher gel cleanser because of the bottle. Garnier gel cleanser is called the brusher because an applicator consisting of wide, rounded and flexible plastic bristles is attached directly to the bottle. This makes the gel cleanser very easy to use. The applicator twists open allowing you to squeeze the bottle to apply Garnier gel cleanser to the applicator.

The applicator's bristles worked very well at deeply cleaning my skin. I found the cleanser and applicator to be very strong and the first few times that I used Garnier gel cleanser my skin stung slightly. However, once my skin was accustomed to the gel cleanser it no longer stung when I used it. If you have sensitive skin it may be worth your time to test the cleanser out on a small patch of skin such as the inside of your elbow area to make sure you can tolerate Garnier the brusher gel cleanser.

I immediately noticed when I used the cleanser that it is very foamy. I recommend that you tie your hair back or just use Garnier gel cleanser when you are in the shower. It is very messy and if you get it in your hair, it will not come out unless you wash your hair.

I am very pleased with the effect that Garnier skin renew the brusher gel cleanser has on my skin. I have frequently struggled with skin tone issues due to redness in the creases by my nose. After I used Garnier gel cleanser for a few days the redness improved and after using the product for one week the redness was gone. The built in applicator brush did an excellent job at cleaning hard to reach areas of my face, particularly the creases by my nose.

I have also noticed that Garnier skin renew the brusher gel cleanser does a great job exfoliating my skin. Areas of my face that had dead skin now look smoother.

Garnier gel cleanser touts skin moisturizing ingredients such as Vitamins B and E. It also claims to smooth skin after one use. I found this to be true but only temporarily. My skin felt moisturized after using Garnier gel cleanser but my skin quickly dried out. I have to use extra moisturizer after using the gel cleanser to avoid skin dryness.

Garnier skin renew the brusher gel cleanser costs an average of $6.50 for 5 ounces. I found this to be an excellent value since I have only used 1/3 of a bottle in two weeks of twice daily application. A little bit of the gel cleanser goes a long way.

Overall, I was very impressed with Garnier skin renew the brusher gel cleanser because of the built in applicator, good product value, deep cleaning and exfoliating that the product delivers. I plan to use the product long term.
