Product Review: Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil is one of my favorite beauty products. It's useful for a variety of natural beauty treatments and cures. In its pure form, it needs to be diluted prior to use. When I saw Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil, I decided to try it because it is already diluted. It actually is a blend of several different oils, vitamins, and extracts.

One of the first things I look at when trying a new product is its availability. I wanted to know where to buy Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil, should I decide to continue purchasing it. I originally bought it from Walgreens, but wanted to know that there were alternatives, should Walgreens stop carrying it. I found out that I could also buy Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil from Wal-Mart, as well as many beauty supply stores. It can also be found online.

Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil: Cost
The pricing for Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil currently fluctuates between $2 and $3 here in Houston, depending on where it's purchased, as well as whether it is on sale or not. The lowest price I have seen it for is $1.99. That is the regular price at a small beauty supply store. This is the pricing for a 2 oz bottle. I have not seen it available in any other size.

Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil: Efficacy
Hollywood Beauty Tea tree Oil can be used for a variety of things. The use indications on the bottle include dry skin, dry scalp, and nail treatment. In addition to those uses, I have also tried this product on acne, for shiny hair, split end treatment, manicure and pedicure soak ingredient, mosquito repellent, and more. For each of the uses mentioned above, I have had optimal results. The Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil has been used for all of the above on at least two or more people, some of them kids with sensitive skin. All that this product has been used on experienced healthier skin, hair, and nails. An added benefit is that whoever has on the tea tree oil does not get bitten by mosquitoes (or any other insects).

Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil: Value
Although the 2 oz bottle is quite small, that doesn't matter so much. Only a small amount is needed for each use. In my experience, using the tea tree oil every day on 6 people, one bottle lasts about a week. A week isn't much, but when that many people use it several times per day, I think that's pretty good. Even at the $3 price, it is still worth it.

Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil: Side Effects
Neither myself or any of the others who have tried this in my household or on my recommendation have experienced any side effects in my presence. However, it is important to remember that some people can have a severe allergic reaction to tea tree oil. If you are allergic to tea tree oil or any other ingredients in this product, do not try it. A skin test can be done on an inconspicuous area. Dab a tiny amount onto a small area of the skin. Wait 24 hours. If you experience no reaction, it is probably safe to use it. However, as with any health advice, consulting a medical professional is important as well.

Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil: Rating and Recommendation
I give Hollywood Beauty Tea Tree Oil 4 out of 5 stars. The reason it only gets 4 stars is because it can only be used for topical treatments. There are some uses for tea tree oil, such as treatment of gum disease, which this tea tree oil cannot be used for. Pure, non-blended, and water-diluted tea tree oil must be used for those. That is because some of the other ingredients in blended tea tree oil should not be ingested.
