Check Out Blinc's Terrific and Totally Unique Kiss Me Water-Resistant Mascara

If you haven't discovered it already, I want to introduce you to Kiss Me Water-Resistant Mascara by Blinc. Kiss Me Mascara is a totally unique and fabulous mascara that forms "tubes" around your lashes, rather than painting them like regular mascara. With these tubes, Kiss Me Mascara never runs or flakes and yet it comes off simply without harsh soaps or makeup removers.

I first found Kiss Me Mascara at my aesthetician's office several years ago. Being one of those girls inclined to cry like a baby for every sad or inspiring movie, song or story, the idea of a truly tear-proof mascara really appealed to me, so I gave it a try. To my great delight, Kiss Me Mascara really, truly is tear-proof! No barrage could budge it! I also discovered that I could even sleep in it and it looked nearly as good in the morning as it did the moment I put it on the day before. No more raccoon-eyes, no flaking, no streaking, no running. This mascara is truly terrific!

The interesting thing about Kiss Me Mascara is that it is not an oil-based paint that coats or soaks into your lashes. Instead, although you apply it in the same way as regular mascara, Kiss Me Mascara forms little "tubes" around each of your lashes that cannot melt, run or rub off. These tubes help separate your lashes, while thickening and lengthening them at the same time. I get more compliments about my lashes when I am wearing Kiss Me Water-Resistant Mascara than when I'm wearing any other brand.

Even better still, when it's time to take my makeup off, Kiss Me Mascara is actually easier to remove than regular - even non-water-proof - mascaras. All it takes to remove it is warm water and a gentle rub and the tubes loosen and slip right off. This means no harsh soaps or chemicals on the delicate skin around your eyes; no getting mascara run-off in your eyes; and no breaking or bending your lashes from having to rub and rub. All you get in your sink or shower are the little "tubes" - little black "lashes" that rinse right down the drain. They rinse away, leaving your own lashes healthy and clean.

When using Kiss Me Water-Resistant Mascara, I have found that I cannot come back and touch it up later in the day. Once it dries after the initial application, it is set and additional coats only make it look glumpy. Fortunately, because it does not flake or rub off, you really don't need to touch it up. In fact, Kiss Me Mascara stays looking good for two to three times as long as any other mascara I have ever used, even through the night!

If there is any downside to Kiss Me Water-Resistant Mascara, though, it is the price. At $24 - $25 per bottle, Kiss Me is quite expensive. When times are tight, I admit using less expensive mascaras for everyday. But I always have my Kiss Me Water-Resistant Mascara available for church, chick-flicks and weddings! I know if you try it, you'll feel it's worth it, too!
