The Vegetable Medley Toasted Chips have 120 calories and 3.5 grams of total fat in a 1 ounce serving. They contain nutritious vegetables such as carrots, broccoli, onions, green bell peppers, spinach, and mushrooms. It's amazing how they can pack all that goodness into a chip.
The Tomato Basil Toasted Chips have 120 calories and 4 grams of total fat in a 1 ounce serving. They contain nutritious vegetables and herbs such as carrots, tomato, broccoli, onions, spinach, green and red bell peppers, and basil. That sounds delicious. I bet it would be good to eat with a dip.
The Apple Cinnamon Toasted Chips have 120 calories and 3 grams of total fat in a 1 ounce serving. They contain apples and cinnamon. Sounds pretty healthy and low fat.
The Banana Toasted Chips have 120 calories and 3 grams of total fat in a 1 ounce serving. They contain of course; lots of banana. I bet kids would love them.
I received 2 sample bags in the mail. I sampled both and here is my review. The Garden Harvest Vegetable Medley Toasted Chips were really good. You can see pieces of the different medley of vegetables in these triangle shaped chips. They had a nice crisp texture and were quite delicious. I actually felt healthier after eating them. The 1 ounce serving was just the right amount for a snack. There was a coupon enclosed with the samples that I will use on my next visit to the grocery store to purchase the 6 ounce bag.
I next sampled the Garden Harvest Apple Cinnamon Toasted Chips. You can see little tiny pieces of apple in these triangle shaped chips. They were very crispy chips with an apple and cinnamon taste. They had just the right amount of brown sugar in them. The Apple Cinnamon chips would go really good with a cream cheese fruit dip. I really liked them.
Look for a bag of Nabisco Garden Harvest Toasted Chips next time you're walking down the snack aisle in your favorite grocery store. They are a healthy alternative to the other chips out there. Buy one of four varieties available today. You won't feel guilty eating these chips at all.
