The Massaging Wrap is built differently than many other massagers. It is designed to be wrapped around your neck but can be used on shoulders, legs, and waist as well. The product is covered by a soft, warm fabric which makes it cozy to use, especially in the winter. It makes a nice neck pillow for taking naps and would be great on an airplane or long car ride. Its compact size makes it easy to pack along the edge of a suitcase and not take up much room.
The Massaging Wrap is simple to use. You just need to wrap it around whatever body part you wish to massage and tuck one end through the loop on the other end. I find that it holds in position well and is quite flexible.
The massager uses two AA batteries, which is both a positive and a negative for the product. Sometimes, I wish I could just plug it into an outlet so as not to waste batteries. However, the batteries do last a long time and with the availability of rechargeable batteries it is not much of an issue. It is nice to not have to worry about electricity when I use it outside or in the car. The batteries are easy to replace.
The wrap comes in two colors. Latte, which is a light tan, and lavender are the options. It is very quiet which I appreciate because I like to watch TV with it on. Many other massagers have such loud motors that this is not possible.
I enjoy using this product after a day of sitting at my desk at work. It is convenient because I do not need to move it around like many handheld massagers. It makes soft vibrations which do not tickle me like some other products. The product reduces stress and tightness in my shoulders and neck. Sometimes, I also lay it across my lower back to reduce pain there as well.
I have been using this product for over a year and have found it to be very durable. It still works as well as it did when it was new and I have not had any problems with it. Occasionally, I wash off the surface with a wet washcloth to keep it fresh-looking.
