Anxiety and panic attacks can get me down sometimes, but I do not let them keep me down. Whenever I am having anxiety and panic attacks, I make a relaxing bath using Natures Alchemy Joyful Heart Aromatherapy Herbal Mineral Baths. It is an aromatherapy bath soak with an uplifting scent that helps put me in a happier mood while easing my anxiety and panic attacks away naturally.
This bath soak comes in a 1-ounce tear open packet that is easy to open and pour right into the tub when I need it in a hurry to help ease my anxiety and panic attacks right away. As soon as I open the packet, the herbal citrus scent begins to fill the air of my bathroom and eases away my negative feelings. The natural soothing and calming ingredients in this aromatherapy bath soak are ylang ylang, sandalwood, rosewood, black cohosh, sea salt, clary sage, geranium, grapefruits, mandarin orange and lavender. These ingredients not only help calm me down but they also help nourish my skin while removing toxins from my body naturally so I can feel well and be well.
Now the way I make a soothing relaxing bath with the Alchemy Joyful Heart Aromatherapy Herbal Mineral Baths is by first filling up my tub with plenty of hot water. Then I pour the entire bath soak packet into the warm water and allow it to dissolve for about 3 minutes. The soak dissolves fast releasing a pleasant aroma rapidly into the air. After, I get into the bath and soak for as long as I need to in order to help ease my anxiety and panic attacks right away. Some days that is an hour of soaking and other days it only takes 20 minutes. Some days my attacks are server and I end up taking two baths a day to help ease my attacks away and help keep me in a positive mood. For me taking a soothing bath in this soak works better with relieving my attacks than any medication I am on for them. However, some people may not get the same result.
I would definitely recommend the Alchemy Joyful Heart Aromatherapy Herbal Mineral Baths to anyone looking for a natural way to relieve anxiety and panic attacks, stress and the winter blues because it has worked well for me. I do think the bath soak is very affordable and worth using. I will definitely always keep this bath soak on hand in my household. I do wish you all the best with keeping your attacks and stress levels under control naturally.
