NO X-plode was my pre-workout supplement for about six months when I first started training, and I can vouch for the fact that it gives you huge levels of energy and can, especially early on, increase your workout levels by a vast amount.
NO X-plode contains chemicals that increase the levels of nitric oxide in your blood. This dilates the blood vessels, which in turn increases oxygen flow to the muscles, removal of CO2, and removal of lactic acid buildup. Combined with taurine (for energy) and creatine (for nutrient flow), the NO X-plode, when taken properly, vastly increases your energy output in the gym and helps you get over muscle burn during your sets and fatigue from long workout routines. You can work harder, longer, and with more enthusiasim, to the point where you actively look forward to exercising.
The downside to NO X-plode is how incredibly potent it is. Some of my friends reported mild headache symptoms after taking it, mostly due to increased blood dilation to the brain or lack of hydration. It also acts as a mild diuretic in certain people. NO X-plode requires you to drink plenty of water before and during your workout, as it can dehydrate your system. Also, you absolutely should read the caution labels regarding initial dosage and intake of caffeine or other energy supplements. I started off with two full scoops of NO X-plode when I began taking it, and my resting heart rate jumped to 120 bpm and I was shaking from the energy overload, even with my fairly high tolerance for stimulants. Make sure you ease into it with a half scoop or a scoop, and don't overexert yourself- while you feel amazing and want to work out aggressively, you absolutely will push yourself to the limits of your body's physical ability without realizing it.
When taking NO X-plode, my friends and I felt you got the best results if you took it with only a eight to ten ounces of water 30 minutes before workout. Diluting it too much makes it difficult to drink rapidly and it felt as if it reduced the effects. Often we'd be able to go back to the gym later in the day for another, lighter session, still riding the 'buzz' off the original dose of NO X-plode. After a few weeks or finishing the bottle, it's best to go off NO X-plode for at least six weeks. Your body will naturally condition itself to the dosage, and I would strongly advise against taking more than three scoops of NO X-plode at a time, which you will eventually need to do, even if you started with one scoop per workout. Being off cycle helps purify your body and get it used to 'normal' exercise, which is good for you to do so you don't develop a habit of overexerting yourself. After a few weeks, you can start taking the NO X-plode again. It won't 'feel' as strong as it used to, but that's due to you being furthur along your power training curve as well as having a better expectation of NO X-plode's effects.
Overall, I rate NO X-plode very highly, especially if you suffer from gym blues or are struggling to break out of a workout slump into your next training plateau. Follow the directions correctly, have fun, and remember to hydrate and stay safe!
