What makes it special?
When water comes into contact with the product, its warming technology is activated. It has green tea and witch hazel extracts in it.
What it's supposed to do?
The Warming Deep Purifying Cleanser is meant to purify and cleanse skin down to the pores with its warming agent. The micro beads help to cleanse the skin deep down and exfoliate it. The product is oil free so it won't clog your pores either. It is also supposed to be non-drying as well.
How to use it?
You start off by getting your face wet with water and apply the Warming Deep Purifying Cleanser to your finger tips first. The gently rub it onto your face in a massaging motion. The product packaging also says to rewet your face one to two times to reactivate the warming agent in it. Rinse with water. For best result, you should use it daily.
How much does it cost?
I have found that the price ranges from $8.50 to $10.00 at most drug and grocery stores. I found it on sale for $7.99 and had a $1.00 off coupon for it, making my final price of the product $6.99.
How it worked when I tried it?
I have been using this product for over a week now. The upside down tube it comes in is made out a metal kind of material. It loses it shape each time you squeeze it and does not return to normal. The Warming Deep Purifying Cleanser is white and you can see the micro beads in it. When you apply it to your face, the warmth it creates occurs almost instantly. It feels great and is not too hot. It last for about 5 seconds and disappears. I have tried to rewet my face to reactive the warming technology, but have not had much luck. The micro beads are not too rough like some products can be either. My pores do look slightly clearer after using the product. I have noticed though, that my face has been noticeably dryer since using the product. It has patches when the skin is actually flaking from being so dry. I use moisturizer on a daily basis and have not changed anything else in my daily routine except trying this new Olay product. I am going to start using it every other day instead of every day to see if the condition improves. I believe this product does work pretty good overall though. Perhaps I just have sensitive skin. I think the value isn't that bad either since it is different from most products on the market in the same price range.
