Product Review: Plantronics Cordless Headset Phone

Angel
The Plantronics cordless headset phone is something I've been keeping in my amazon.com wish list for about a year. I'm the biggest multi-tasker you will ever meet. I simply can not do just one thing at a time. I get bored quickly, and doing more then one thing at a time is a huge blessing to me, because it not only saves me time, but money. There is nothing more annoying then getting a call when you are busy, and having to put the phone between your neck and head, causing a kink your chiropractor to fix. Well this is no longer an issue for me. I can do the dishes, type on the computer with both hands, paint walls, wash cabinets, mop the floor you name it! Imagine it, no more waiting on hold for 15 minutes trapped, unable to continue on with your daily life.

Plantronics cordless handset is a phone that is just what it's named, it's a handset that attaches by a cord to a headset with a ear piece and a microphone. The Plantronics cordless handset has two styles to pick from, a full headset, and an over the ear piece. I prefer the complete headset because when I'm on the phone it's not a matter of a few minutes. Thus why yet again I needed something I was comfortable with, sturdy and flexible at the same time.

Plantronics cordless handset has so many choices, and options to set up, one can get lost without reading the directions. The problem though with setting everything up such as a address book, which is of course stored in the memory, it takes the battery to hold it all, and the battery will power down twice as fast. If you want your battery to last a while without charging, you need to forget about the address book, and basically any other option. Other wise you will have a need to charge your battery every day instead of about every three days.

Without reading the directions, and setting up the Plantronics cordless handset, you will find everything to be pretty much straight forward. It's step by step menu selection leaves no way to get confused. This is handy when you lose your booklet, or are in another room.

The price for Plantronics cordless handset can run anywhere from $230 to $69 all depending where you purchase it. The battery time can last past the 5.5 hours that it says, like I said if you don't fill up the memory with phone numbers. It also comes with a belt clip which is perfect not only for belts but shirt pockets. With the Plantronics unit being lightweight, and small it's perfect to carry around anywhere.

The really nice thing is Plantronics offers you a one year warranty on parts, and service should anything happen.

Plantronics microphone on the headset has noise canceling, this is awesome when someone in the room is watching TV. The phone doesn't pick that up, but picks you up instead. The cordless handset also has caller ID. This Plantronics cordless handset has everyone anyone could need and so much more.

I rate the Plantronics cordless handset a 9 out of 10. I'd rate it a 10 if the battery was of longer use, and if I could answer the phone while it was on the charging unit.
