Using the Purex 3-in-1 sheets cuts down on the need to buy three different products to do your laundry. Each sheet holds enough laundry detergent, fabric softener and anti-static for one load. There is no need to measure, no detergent to spill, and no bulky bottles to take up space in your home--or in the environment.
Perhaps the greatest thing about these sheets is their ease of use. Simply drop a sheet in your washer with your clothes. The detergent portion then mixes with the water to clean and refresh. When the laundry is finished washing, transfer the sheet with the clothes to the dryer. The heat from the dryer then activates the stripe on the sheet to soften and remove static from your clothes. Never again will you forget to add fabric softener! The sheet can also be used along with your normal laundry boosters, such as chlorine bleach or stain lifter.
These sheets are safe for all washers and dryers. They are safe to use with septic tanks and with any type of water, including hard or grey water. They are also very clean, leaving no residue on the washer like many other fabric softeners.
The starter kit of this product includes a refillable dispenser and 20 laundry sheets. The dispenser makes it easy to store the sheets, and keeps them protected from moisture. Once you have this, you need only to purchase the refill pouch (consisting of 24 sheets). The sheets come in three great scents: Spring Oasis, Tropical Escape, and Pure and Clean. The Pure and Clean option is hypoallergenic for consumers with sensitive skin. I've even used it to clean my baby's clothes.
The sheets made their debut in May, and can already be found at many stores, such as Walmart and Target. The price for the dispenser and/or sheets runs anywhere from $5.99-$7.50. Considering this is everything you need for 24 loads of laundry, it's a great deal. If you're not completely satisfied, Purex offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, refunding all of your money if you are disappointed.
There is no denying that the sometimes daunting task of laundry just got easier with these new sheets. Say goodbye to the messy spills and bulky containers of ordinary liquid and powder detergents and welcome one of the fresh scents of the convenient Purex Complete 3-in-1 Laundry Sheets. You won't be sorry.

Post a CommentPlease don't despair! As almost everyone here has posted, I felt sick when my husband's good Brooks Brothers shirts were speckled with oily/greasy marks. And, of course, I didn't realize it had happened right away and did several loads before I noticed. Another reviewer on a different website suggested using Goo Gone on the stains. Like her, I wasn't giving in without a fight...lol! While some shirts had to be treated 2-3 times, the spots are either completely gone or barely perceptible. I have not had to throw one single shirt away. It has been a very frustrating process, to say the very least. I would not recommend using these sheets for anything else but towels or rags, unless you want your patience tested to the max. Good luck, everyone! :)
Once noticed a stain on shirt pocket but it came out in rewash. Static elec control portion of the product is not the best, the rest of it is great.
i have used this product for over 20 loads in a laundromat. the sheet has been placed in the machine first then clothes on top. no staining, even a packed machine comes out clean. another friend has been using this @ the laundromat & we haven't had the horror stories that people have encountered. maybe because it's a huge machine it doesn't get the spots?
Next time I try something that seems too good to be true, like the Purex 3-In-1,i'll check it out first. ABSOLUTELY RUINED clothes from several loads of laundry, even though I followed the directions implicitly. The instructions for fixing the problem did not work, including the directions to pretreat the oil stains with detergent. I thought the part of the point of using this product was not buying bottles of detergent!? Hello?
Count me as one more user who wound up with oily stains on clothing after only one use of this product. I pre-treated the stains and luckily they all came out, but I feel for those who have had to throw clothing away due to this issue. I was told by one individual who uses these sheets that any dryer product, liquid included, can stain clothing, and I am sure that's true. But I have used several other softener products (liquid and sheets) and I have never experienced this problem before. Hopefully Purex can fix the problem because the idea is good. Until they do, I will not recommend them nor will I use them again.
I, too, was wondering about the weird, oily stains on everything. I don't leave the clothes in the washer when they are done, so that wasn't the problem. Like others said, what's the point of convenience when they ruin your clothes?
I, too, have ruined so many of my clothes. At first, I thought it was because I have a compact washer/dryer unit. But I have used this product in a large machine with the same result -- oily, greasy stains on my clothes. I love the concept, but hate ruining my clothes.
DO NOT USE these sheets for anything cleaning rags!!! They leave oil spots on everything and fade cotton/poly blend items that are dark to leave bis spots of a pitiful gray all over clothes. What's the use of a 3 in 1 product if it ruins all your family's clothes?
Sadly I have had to have my machine repaired twice as a result of using these sheets, they seem a great idea, but they have slipped into the drain pump causing a block, and a expensive repair!!! I have contacted the company, but yet to hear back, do be carful when using this product they are great until they screw up your machine!!!!!
I also have the oily looking stains all over my clothes. Very frustrating. Have tried everything to get the stains out. They are in FOREVER - might as well throw them away. Love the concept of these sheets but not worth the hassle. Love the concept but will go back to Tide.
