Product Review: Qualcomm's PureVoice Audio Player and Recorder
Examining the Underrated San Diegan Software
Speaking of software applications, let me share with you one of my favorite programs: PureVoice. This audio player and recorder has been developed by Qualcomm, a worldwide leader in wireless technologies, which headquarters is situated in the beautiful city of San Diego in Southern California, where I happen to reside. I am not promoting this program because of the fact that I am a San Diegan, but due to the many wonderful features that others may benefit from using it. I have been using this program for many years and it hasn't failed me yet, not even once. Without further ado, let us examine the advantages of Qualcomm's PureVoice over other audio player and recorders.
PureVoice is primarily developed by Qualcomm to provide superior voice and audio enhancement for CDMA (Code Division Multiple Access) products. CDMA is a digital wireless transmission technology which allows multiple users to commonly share access to a single radio channel. The PureVoice product suite has three wide-ranging functions: voice recording technology, voice recognition software and automatic gain control. I use it for the most part as an audio recorder, but it can be utilized for other purposes, as cited previously. Not only PureVoice can record any types of audio files, but it also serves as an audio player. Like the widely popular Windows Media Player, PureVoice can also play MP3, WAV, WMA, and of course, QCP (Qualcomm's PureVoice proprietary format), which the former is incapable of playing.
When I do not have much time to write exhaustive e-mail messages and articles, I simply record my thoughts in audible format using PureVoice. This may sound plain and simple, but once you experience the landline-quality voice transmission of PureVoice at voluminous encoding rates, you will go "wow!" How do you like recording a 10-minute narration with a total size of less than a megabyte? PureVoice does it while retaining the splendid quality of your voice recording. There are countless ways you can use PureVoice besides recording e-mail messages, lectures, songs, and poems. Trust me, it works! Download it now and discover for yourself the magic of PureVoice audio player and recorder.

How do you download PureVoice? I keep getting sent to the developers website but can't find the download area.
@RC, thanks for promoting this program to your sons! I am sure they will like it.
@Jack, glad my review helps! These modern discoveries, by the way, were written in the Book of Daniel, Chapter 12. God bless.
I think this just fascinates me to no end. I have trouble with arthritis so any thing that helps is good. You are such a good reviewer, I think so trade publication or magazine may just discover you Joey. Nicely done! :-)
Joey, I am so out of it that I am not even going to download this -- I have no idea what I would use it for! But I'll refer this to my computer-savvy sons. Glad these software programs are a blessing for you.
I use PureVoice, too, and I agree with you that it can do a lot of amazing stuff. Good article, Joe.
Let me know if you're able to download and use PureVoice. It's an amazing application. Thanks!
