Product Review: Renuzit Subtle Effects Home Fragrance Mist

I buy air fresheners often but, I don't usually buy Renuzit products as I have used several that I didn't really care for. Many of the Renuzit products I have tried didn't really work in a way that I liked. I recently purchased one called Renuzit subtle effects home fragrance mist. I will be honest and say I probably wouldn't have bought it but, there was a try me free rebate form for the product. I figured what the heck, if I bought it and did the rebate I wasn't out anything for trying it. If it was going to be free I had nothing to lose if I didn't like it. I was surprised it is a really nice product.

About the product:

I found this product in a nine ounce can with the other air fresheners. I am not sure if it comes in other sizes as this is the only size that was available at the Shaw's supermarket where I purchased it. I only found two scents, one of which was cool morning air, the other scent was citrus. I don't know if there are only two scents since this is a newer product or if the store just did not have a large variety of this product.

The scent:

I purchased the cool morning air scent. I thought it was a really nice scent. This product sprays a fairly large mist. The scent is sort of a mild scent, by this I mean the scent was strong enough to be able to smell it around the room but, it was not an over powering scent. I suppose that it why it is called Renuzit subtle effects. I sprayed it two times and I could smell it through the whole room. I liked the fact that it didn't take a lot of spraying to make the whole room smell fresh. The scent lasted in the room for about a half hour. I thought that was a some what reasonable time to expect an air freshener to last. In fact I was rather surprised as the other Renuzit products I have tried did not provide a scent that lasted that long.

The cost:

The nine ounce can that I purchased cost $2.49 at Shaw's supermarket. I don't think that this is a bad price as it is a good size can and you don't have to use a lot of the product at one time. I also feel that one can will last a reasonable amount of time.

I feel that the Renuzit subtle effects home fragrance mist is a really nice product. I enjoyed the cool morning mist scent. I am looking forward to trying the citrus scent and I am hoping that some of the other stores in my area will be carrying a larger variety of scents. I would reccomend trying this product. After all, if you can find the try me free rebate form, what have you got to lose?
