Product Review: Revlon Expert Effect Lash Curler

In order to have good lashes, good mascara is important; however, a good lash curler is also extremely important because it is needed to curl the lashes in order to make them obvious and give them that flirtatious look! I was looking for a new lash curler in replacement for my old one, and I happened to see the Revlon Expert Effect Lash Curler at a great low price in stores. For me, this lash curler although has such a high-expectation name was a big disappointment, and definitely not a recommendation to anyone else.

The Revlon Expert Effect Lash Curler was not too expensive at all, and it came in a nice packaging looking very professional and with promises of nice lashes after using it to curl your lashes.

The packaging on the Revlon Expert Effect Lash Curler claims that is designed to fit all eye shaped, and it will create upswept lashes with soft and natural curls. The Expert Effect Lash has a nice red cushion to it that seems to be really comfortable, and in fact, on my eyelashes it seems to be a nice cushion for them. It did not require any fancy procedure in using it as it claimed that the fancy cushion would have great results on the lashes; however, it did not live up to its expectation. In fact, I found that while the Expert Effect Lash Curler had a great cushion to it, the cushion did not make my lashes curl any better. Not only did it have a special cushion, the handle, which would be used to press against the lashes, was also a bit thicker than usual. Still, the changes on this eyelash curler did not seem to make any change on curling my lashes. Honestly, it didn't even curl my lashes a lot. It didn't curl my lashes very well either although it was a different product, or claimed to do a lot more than the average eye lash curler. At times, no matter how long I used the eyelash curler, it did not work at all. I even tried warming it up a bit with a heater to see if it would work better.

I would not recommend this curler to anyone at all. It was a complete waste of money in my opinion because it did not work like it had promised to. Although the product seemed to be of heavy duty, it really wasn't efficient or effective at all making it a complete disappointment. I would have rather purchased a different product that would have worked better and more efficiently.
