Sony Focuses on Quality for Their Sony DSC-G1 Digital Camera

Don Kress
It is difficult to find a digital camera with more features, a better price, or better quality than a Sony digital camera, and in particular, the Sony DSC-G1 digital camera. One of the best digital cameras on the market, Sony has packed this digital camera with loads of great features including wireless technology and a huge, high-resolution LCD screen. I think you'll agree that the Sony DSC-G1 is one of the best digital cameras available today. The Sony DSC-G1 is the first Sony digital camera to incorporate wireless technology and the ability to share photographs with other devices which support the Digital living network alliance. This greatly improves the task of data transmission with this Sony digital camera, making lost cables for your Sony Digital camera a thing of the past.

The Sony DSC-G1 is in itself a great digital camera. With 6-megapixel resolution, as well as the Sony Super HAD CCD sensor allows you to obtain high-resolution pictures even while making very large prints, as well as when you wish to focus in very tightly on a subject. The Super HAD system (which stands for Hole Accumulated Diode) essentially allows more light to pass through the pixels themselves, which allows the Sony DSC-G1 to provide increased sensitivity and reduce the amount of noise in a picture.

Further features of this Sony digital camera include the Sony Super SteadyShot Image Stabilization system. This system reduces the chance of blurring in your photographs by compensating for shaking hands. This system works in low light environments, as well, where the aperture must remain open longer to allow all the needed light to pass through the lens. This feature is particularly useful when using your digital camera in places where flashes are not permitted, such as museums. At a setting of ISO 1000, not only can you capture superb low-light images, but stop action photography of events such as sports events or even what can be considered artistic photography comes alive through your pictures, freezing the moment without blur.

With a durable aluminum body, and a cover which protects the Carl Zeiss 3x optical zoom lens, you can be assured that the camera won't be scratched beyond repair regardless of whether you keep it in your glove box, purse, or back pocket, and it's slim enough to be there without being obtrusive.
The Sony DSC-G1 is a strong contender for the best digital camera available this year, and it's safe to say that a Sony digital camera of this caliber will remain in that top spot for a long time to come.
