Product Review for Staples No. 12 Kraft Envelopes

I work in an office where we do a lot of mailings each day. It is vital that we have good products that ensure the safe delivery of our documents as well as accommodating to the bulk size of our items. From our office we mail anything from tax returns, to division orders, checks and billing. We make sure that the products we use provide security for what is inside the envelope so that others cannot read vital information for identity theft.

On any given day I mail out between 10 to 20 different documents and such all over the area. Our office goes through them so much that we find ourselves often re-ordering more every month.

Each small box contains 100 envelopes that are 4 ¾ x 11 in. They are made of 20% recycled paper and have gummed enclosures. Kraft envelopes are thick orange paper and cannot been seen through.

I find that I can cram thick stapled documents up to 20 pages into one of these envelopes. They do not tear easily either. With the paper being thick enough it conceals important private information that is not to be seen by others.

Any business can benefit from using these envelopes. They are low cost. For every 500 Kraft envelopes it will cost you about $37.48. For most small companies 500 will last you about a month. You can fell secure that your information is safe within these envelopes. Staples products are always well made at a cost you can afford.

What I liked about these envelopes is that they were heavy duty and do not tear very easily. What I didn't like about this product is that it has a gummed closure which tastes horrible. It would be better if it had a taped seal.

Overall I think Staples Kraft no 12 envelopes are a great product and am pleased that Staples has them. I highly recommend this product to other businesses as its heavy duty and secure.
