I find that there are certain brands of office products that I like and are really helpful to our firm more so than others. Anything that can make the job easier we will definitely use. Everyday we have clients that come in to sign their tax forms. They either sign them within our office or take them home and do so.
When they come in to pick up their completed taxes, I have them ready to go with envelopes to send them off and everything. This makes it easier for our clients. I show them their return amounts, tax preparation fees and then show them were they and their spouse need to sign.
We use Staples Stickies Sign here tape flags to mark where our client needs to sign their name on their completed tax forms. Using these stickies allows for me to quickly turn to the page where they need to sign without fumbling through papers and reading through to find it. This saves time for both the client and our firm.
Staples Stickies can only be purchased from a Staples store. They come in packs of two with 100 flags. They are 1 x 17/10 of an inch. The cost of these Staples Stickies is about $4.78. They are red and preprinted with the sign here already labeled on them. When placed on paper they stick far enough out to find the page easily. The Staples sign here tabs are simple to use and have an easy dispenser to retrieve the tape flags from.
If you work in an office where you daily have to have people sign documents or send out documents that need to show where they need to sign, this product is for you. You will find them being easy to grab and that they stick better than their competitors.
I really loved this product because I found them easier to use and they didn't fall off the documents like other stickies I have used in the past. I give this product an A+ for being easy to use and dispense from its package. I was really impressed. I have nothing negative to say about this product.
They only warning this product states on the back of its package is that you must take caution when you remove the flags because it may lift ink on the paper or possibly leave marks. This I personally have not yet had a problem with.
