Very often this look is attempted with little results other than a smudgy mess that makes you look like you have been crying for about 7 hours. The smoky eye has been a sexy, sultry trend for celebrities and on the runway for years, and this year it is back and hotter than ever. The smoky eye is THE look for evening wear. Thank goodness I found this revolutionary new product called "Stila Smoky Eye Palette". Not ONLY can I apply this makeup easily, but it is an excellent gadget for transferring from day to evening look with very little time and effort.
I love this line of cosmetic, and particularly the Smoky Palette for its blendability. It is so easy to blend these shadows exactly the way you are told to. The Palette itself can be used for a more natural look with the lighter shades, but with careful application you can achieve the dramatic effect you are looking for in the Smoky Eye. I bought this product thinking, this can't be that easy. But it IS. And now I can't live without it when I want that smoky eye effect. The only drawback is the price, it comes in at a whopping $40. For eye shadow, that is a bit much. But when it comes 21st century prepared, you can't expect it to be for much less. You can purchase this product once, and then once you have mastered the technique, refill your compact with individually sold shades. That will make the Smoky Eye easier on your wallet for years to come.
