Product Review: Super Pet Regular Silent Spinner Wheel

I have about 15 hamsters now, and I can't express how loud my house is when the evening comes. It's as though there is a train in my dining room. I had added vegetable oil to many of the hamsters wheel axles, hoping that would help silent the noise. This worked on several of the wheels but not all of them. I decided it was past time to go hunting for a few new hamster wheels to take care of this problem.

I discovered on Amazon a wheel that claimed to be silent called 'Super Pet Silent Spinner Wheel'. I have seen these Super Pet Hamster Silent Spinner wheel in my local Pet Smart shop, and in many of their hamster cages. I never really gave the wheels any thought because I like wheels that fasten on the side of the cage bars, instead of standing still in the middle of the cage. So it was just something I filed in the back of my brain, and never forgot. Upon discovering it again on Amazon, I thought I'd give it a shot. If it was good enough for Pet Smart, it was good enough for me.

When the Super Pet Silent Spinner Wheel showed up, I was impressed with it's smooth sleekness. It didn't have bumps all over it like other hamster wheels. You know the ridges along the outside. It's one of a kind ball bearing technology did indeed make the hamster wheel quiet, in fact I don't just mean quiet, I mean silent. Super Pet Silent Spinner Wheels come in a while variety of colors, and sizes to choose from.

Super Pet's Silent Spinner wheel is designed to be versatile and perform in any hamsters home. It could stand on the floor of the cage or be attached to the wire cage side. The only thing I would have liked better is if it could be attached to the side of a glass cage with the post the wheel comes with, but sadly this is not an option.

I rate the design of Super Pet's Silent Spinner a 10 and the quietness of the wheel a 10. This Super Pet Silent Spinner Wheel is THEE perfect hamster wheel. I couldn't have found any better if I had designed one myself. I am so pleased with Super Pet Silent Spinner Wheel product I bought seven more! These wheels are not expensive, and well worth the cost. I have purchased three other brands, and some were way more expensive then the Super Pet's Silent Spinner. I will never need to look for another wheel again.
