Product Review: Sweet Pea by Bath and Body Works

Sweet Pea by Bath and Body Works is a fragrance that I find to be mild, clean and refreshing, without being over-powering. There aren't many fragrances I can wear, but Sweet Pea is a scent that is very pleasing to my nose.

Like any other fragrance however, light on the finger is the key. Even this delicious scent can be too strong if you over-do it. So even though this product comes in everything from body spray, lotion and shower gel, I wouldn't recommend layering them. Then it would go from being a lovely light fragrance to something you want to wash off.

I discovered the Sweet Pea fragrance when I walked into the office of someone I worked with and she was using it as a room deodorizer. It made her office smell so good, that all I could was stand there and inhale. It was like walking into a flower garden or candy shop.

I know a lot off women don't particularly care for flowery or candy smelling fragrances. So my suggestion is that before you purchase Sweet Pea by Bath and Body Works, go to their store and smell it for yourself. The on line store has sells going on all the time, and their line of Sweet Pea fragrances has some amazing deals, but I would still advise you to test-smell before buying.

The Sweet Pea fragrance is the type of scent you would wear during the day. Wear it at the office or around town, even to church or to bed. But I don't think it is the type of fragrance you would wear out at night or out at night on a date. The scent is too light and playful for a grown-up date. This is why it also makes a wonderful scent for girls and teens.

If you love the undertones of violet and sweet pea, then you will love this fragrance from Bath and Body Works. But please do your smell test first and decide for yourself. Sweet Pea would make a wonderful gift for any woman who loves violets, and girls from 12 up. If you generally let your child wear fragrances at an earlier age, then go for it This scent is something they can wear and is sure to love.

I cannot vouch for the prices at their store. The on line prices range from $5 for a single item up to $35 for their sets. But as stated, the on line store always has a sale, and you can purchase a lot of the items at 2 for the price of a few dollars.

None of their products were tested on animals and have natural ingredients like aloe vera, papaya, almond oils, avocado oils and other fruit enzymes. Check it out for yourself, I don't think you will be disappointed.
