Thomas O'Brien Towel Review: Sizes and Styles
The Thomas O'Brien towels come in the traditional sizes: bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Each towel has square corners and a double strip of embroidery on one end of the washcloths and both ends of the hand and bath towels.
Also in the same set, there are Thomas O'Brien bath mats (double layer with no rubber) and bathroom rugs with a rubber bottom in a few sizes and styles to fit around sinks and toilets. They are not available at all stores in every color and size, but they can be ordered online if the desired color or style is not available.
Thomas O'Brien Towel Review: Colors
A variety of colors are available in the Thomas O'Brien bath towel collection, and we found that many of them go well with one another. Rather than purchasing all our towels in the same color, we got a combination of image blue, soft sage, and yellow springs, and any of the above can be found in our bathroom simultaneously. There are at least 20 colors of towels available, and you are sure to find a color or two that you like.
Thomas O'Brien Towel Review: Fabric
The bath towel sets by Thomas O'Brien are 100% cotton in a heavy weave to give you more bulk than the average towel. They are incredibly soft, even after many washings, and the towels are not very prone to snagging loops and unraveling.
Thomas O'Brien Towel Review: Durability
The towels are designed to be machine washed in warm water, and machine dried or line dried. They are just as soft after line drying as they are after machine washing, as they are designed to dry on towel racks after every use. Our sets of towels have held up perfectly over the time we have had them, and we have no plans to replace them anytime soon.
Thomas O'Brien Towel Review: Price and Availability
The best place to get Thomas O'Brien bath towels is at Target, either in store or online. The towel sets are $25 for a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth, although you can of course buy the items individually as well if you will need more of one type than the others. The bath mats and rugs vary in price depending on the size, but are all reasonable as well.
