Tide's Simple Pleasures Rose & Violet come only in a liquid form of detergent in a pinkish red plastic container. The container is 2.5 quarts which is about 25 uses if you fill to the first line (half of the cap). It may come in larger containers like the Vanilla & Lavender scent does but I have yet to see it in any stores in my area. The liquid detergent is clear in color. This may be good for people that are allergic to color dyes that are added to detergents.
The scent itself is very mesmerizing; however; some may feel the scent is too strong. The scent does have somewhat of a rose smell to it. It reminds me of a mixture of romantic flowers in a spring or summer garden. I personally love a detergent such as Simple Pleasures Rose & Violet due to the fact that the scent lingers for many weeks. I have also found that using warm or hot water strengthens the scent. The whole laundry room will smell like you lit a scented candle.
The cost of the Simple Pleasures Rose & Violet run roughly around $7.00 to $8.00 for 25 washes. It just depends where a consumer purchases the product at and what area you are located. I suggest Wal-Mart because I have found them to be the cheapest compared to other retailers such as: Quality Markets, Giant Eagle, etc. Even at $8.00 for a container of this detergent is not that bad for 25 washes. That equals out to around 32 cents per wash. I find that satisfactory for having wonderful smelling fabrics.
Consumers will also love how clean fabrics turn out when using Tide's Simple Pleasures Rose & Violet. Fabrics appear as if new when using this product. This did not shock me because Tide is known for its quality of detergents when it comes to cleaning tough stains. I sometimes use hot water when washing dark clothes which is not advised; however, fabrics have never faded when using Rose & Violet.
I would definitely recommend Tide's Simple Pleasures Rose & Violet to anyone that loves a detergent that smells great, cleans clothes wonderfully, and enjoys a scent that lingers for several weeks.
