Product Review: True Natural Cosmetic All Natural Active Sunscreen SPF 40

This summer I have been trying out natural sunscreens and came across one I really like called True Natural Cosmetics All Natural Active Sunscreen SPF 40. The sunscreen is actually made from all natural ingredients that actually not only protect the skin from the sun, but also helps nourish the skin naturally so it can be silky soft and glowing. I even like the sweet beach like scent it has that is not too strong at all.

The True Natural Cosmetic All Natural Active Sunscreen SPF 40 comes in a 3-ounce tube, which is small. There is not a lot of sunscreen at all. The sunscreen is cream and smooth, but does take a bit of work to massage it into the skin. The natural ingredients this sunscreen contains are lemon oil, Shea butter, zinc oxide, aloe, beeswax, jojoba oil, coconut, cocoa butter, cupuacu, olive oil, orange oil, anisic acid and glycerin. There are not any harsh ingredients in this sunscreen at all which is nice because I have sensitive skin and sometimes it breakouts with harsh chemicals. These ingredients are so gentle to sensitive skin and I love how well they soften and protect my skin naturally.

The best time I find to apply this natural sunscreen is 30 minutes before going outside. I find it helps soak into the skin better so it can protect my skin really well. Then I head outside and enjoy the sunshine. The way I apply the sunscreen is by taking some small handfuls of it and rubbing it into my skin really well from head to toe. I do use this sunscreen on my face because it does help protect it and is not too heavy, greasy or slimming and it does not sting my eyes, which I really like.

Some of the things I really like about the natural sunscreen are it is waterproof, earth friendly, gentle and free from Nanoparticles. However, I do like to reapply this sunscreen after being in the water because I always like to know my skin is protected. I also like to reapply the sunscreen every 4 hours as well. I will say this sunscreen does do an excellent job protecting my skin from the harsh sun and I have not had sunburn, which I am so happy about.

I would highly recommend the True Natural Cosmetic All Natural Active Sunscreen SPF 40 to anyone looking for an excellent natural one to use because it works so well for me. I would even say this sunscreen is gentle enough for little ones to use. I do hope those of you who try this sunscreen out like the way it works too with protecting your skin from the sun.
