Product Review: Yoplait Go-Gurt

If you have any children this product is the best thing since sliced bread. I believe Yoplait really hit the nail on the head here. Do you know how hard it is to get a child, especially a toddler, to sit still long enough to eat something nutritious such as yogurt? Well Go-Gurt makes it a lot easier and there is no need for your little one to have to sit and eat it, unless you want them to. Go-Gurt is yogurt in fun flavors that comes packed in a convenient squeeze tube. The fun flavors range in taste from Berry Bubblegum Bash to Cool Cotton Candy to various berry flavors such as Strawberry Splash and Blue Razzberry.

However, Go-Gurt is not just for kids. If you love yogurt and are constantly on the move but need a quick snack, just grab a tube of Go-Gurt. Go-Gurt comes with 2 delicious flavors per box and they even make a family size package for everyone to enjoy Go-Gurt. You may wonder if the yogurt in the tube is actually the same texture and nutrition you normally find in a container. The tubed yogurt has the exact same texture and nutrition as its packed counterpart. The big difference is the packaging and the wild names and flavors. Go-Gurt also comes in a special edition package named Ro-Gurt. Ro-Gurt is packed after Scooby Doo and Shaggy, and the flavors are named Shaggy's Like Cool Punch and Rawberry. Yoplait has taken it even further by packaging Swirled Go-Gurt and Rush Go-Gurt then naming them Strawberry Milkshake/Banana Split and Crazy Berry Bolt/Extreme Red Rush.

You can find Go-Gurt in the dairy case where other yogurts can be purchased. The normal package of Go-Gurt contains 8 tubes, 4 of each of the 2 flavors, and the family size box contains 16 tubes of 2 different flavors. I can normally buy a regular box of Go-Gurt for around $2.50, but I find it on sale often at Giant Eagle supermarket. Since each tube is considered one serving, it's easy for you or your child to get your daily servings of dairy along with much needed vitamins and minerals. Plus each Go-Gurt contains only 80 calories and 15 grams of fat from the calories, but no trans fat. So why not grab a box of Go-Gurt and keep you and your family happy and healthy while on the go?
