Product Reward Programs

Vanessa Bartlemus
Many companies have reward programs for loyal customers. You collect points when you buy that brand's product, and those points can be redeemed for prizes. Some examples are Pamper's Gifts to Grow program, Coca Cola's My Coke Rewards, and Huggies' Enjoy the Ride program. Stonyfield Farms, Disney movies and Nature Made also run rewards programs.

How to Earn Points

After registering with the site, you can start earning points. Most programs have several different ways to earn. Points are primarily earned by buying participating products. The packaging of the product usually contains a code which can be entered online. Occasionally, you may receive emails with a bonus code.

You can also try searching online for "free codes {insert program name}." Some programs, such as Huggies' Enjoy the Ride program, allow you to take surveys, watch videos, or browse the website to earn a few extra points. Finally, some programs give you points for referring friends and having those friends sign up.

How to Spend Your Points

There are many ways to spend the points you earn. Most programs allow you to redeem your points for prizes or coupons for a free product. You can get gift cards, toys, movie tickets, DVDs and more depending on the program. Certain programs also allow you to use your points towards entries in sweepstakes or instant win games. Some allow you to donate points towards charities, such as Pampers Gifts to Grow program which lets you donate to UNICEF, or Disney Movie Rewards which lets you donate to Toys for Tots.

An important thing to keep in mind is to always make sure to check when the program ends. You don't want to lose all the points you've collected! New programs are always being formed, so keep an eye out for them!
