Professional Lawn Equipment Being Stolen Around 13 Mile Rd

Police are investigating a series of similar crimes in the area between 13 Mile and Woodward, and 13 Mile and Hillside. There have been three incidents in the last few weeks in which people have had professional lawn equipment.

In the first case, a person had a walk-behind leaf blower stolen from his shed on November 23^rd. The second was the next day, and three leaf blowers and two grass trimmers were stolen. The third happened on November 27^th when a leaf blower was stolen in the same area. At this time, police have no definitive leads, but they are looking into a brown Chrysler Concorde that was seen in the area of the first crime.
