Profile of Left Behind Games, Inc.

Left Behind Games, Inc., is a publicly traded multimedia and graphics software company. Founded in 2001, Left Behind Games is traded on the OTC Bulletin Board under the symbol LFBG. The main transfer agent for Left Behind Games is Colombia Stock Transfer Company of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Left Behind Games develops and publishes Christian video games. Some games from Left Behind Games, such as "Left Behind: Eternal Forces," are based on the "Left Behind" book series by Jerry B. Jenkins and Tim LaHaye. Other Left Behind Games offerings, such as the "Charlie Church Mouse Learning Series," help younger children learn about the Christian faith through biblical stories and games.

Left Behind Games currently sells its products in North America, Australia, Singapore and South Africa. According to Left Behind Games CEO Troy Lyndon, Left Behind Games has plans to begin selling to more countries including England in the near future.

With 16 full-time employees and 1,330 shareholders, Left Behind Games is small. The Standard & Poor's stock data indicates that 18.04 percent of Left Behind Games is held by insiders, with CEO Troy Lyndon holding 7.9 percent. It also indicates that Left Behind Games has no long-term debts.

According to the Left Behind Games Web site, www.leftbehindgames.com, Christian leaders are promoting the games published by Left Behind Games because they lack the violence and gore that is common in video games today. Left Behind Games says that they provide realistic, fun games with Christian values that are fun to play despite the missing blood and violence.

The video games that Left Behind Games releases are meant to instill Christian values in children and teens while allowing them to have fun playing a video game. While it seems that the "Left Behind" series of games would be violent, they are not. The focus of the games from Left Behind Games is to decide between good and evil.

Left Behind Games stocks have been rocky in the past, to say the least. Because of the limited targeted consumer base, it has been difficult for Left Behind Games to make great forward strides. It is, however, important to note that because Left Behind Games is one of the few companies marketing Christian-based video games that use all of the latest technology, the company is stable and the outlook is profitable.

In March of 2007, Left Behind Games got a big boost. In a press release, it was announced that a church in California was using the Left Behind Games products as a youth outreach tool. The church, which was not named, held a video game event at XPC LAN Gaming Center in Temecula, Calif., on March 5, 2007, during which it used video games from Left Behind Games.

In addition to this, Left Behind Games has been endorsed by the Christian Bookstore Association. This will help to boost profits for Left Behind Games because most Christian bookstores will only purchase materials that are endorsed by the Christian Bookstore Association.

Left Behind Games CEO Troy Lyndon announced in a letter to stockholders on June 2, 2008 that he expects profits to rise considerably with the release of "Keys to the Kingdom." Left Behind Games is due to release this game within three months with a suggested retail price of $19.95.

Lyndon states in the Left Behind Games letter that the game was suitable for players of all ages and cites more than 100 biblical scriptures. In line with the goals of Left Behind Games, this video game provides players with more than 100 opportunities to click on a "Know God" link that will lead them to an Evangelical Web site.

Left Behind Games is gearing up to do big things in both the video game and Christian/inspirational markets. Because of this, Left Behind Games, despite its somewhat gloomy past, could prove to be a solid investment for the future.
