Project Sandwich.

This is a project to not only find the best ingredients, but also to find the best sandwich techniques out there. Here is a list of the top 5 ingredients based on taste, nutrition, and availability. Also, included is a list of the top 5 sandwich techniques to make a good sandwich into a better sandwich. Feel free to add comments on personal ingredients, or sandwich techniques. If you have an article on sandwiching, please leave it in the comments section and let this project continue to grow throughout the years.

Ingredients:

1. Rye bread - Although sourdough bread is also a good choice, rye bread is healthy and goes well with beverages.
2. Swiss cheese - Light, dry, and tasty, cheese from the Swiss is the best.
3. Sliced tomatoes - Tomatoes are fruit? Or vegetable? Anyone remember? Regardless, tomatoes sliced make great sandwich ingredient.
4. Leaves of lettuce - Quite important to have lettuce that calms down the sandwich and keeps it open to further ingredients and sandwich techniques.
5. Chicken slices - Ingredient. Chicken. That's probably enough.

Sandwich Techniques:

1. Split sandwich - A sandwich cut in half for ease of serving.
2. Double stack - A sandwich using three slices of bread for additional ingredient support.
3. Double stuff - A sandwich that uses additional ingredients to enhance the 'stuffing' of the sandwich.
4. Sandwich scramble - Scrambling the ingredients and then making a paste or assortment of chopped cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and chicken can be quite awe inspiring.
5. Isolated sandwich - Just a sandwich. No splits, stacks, stuffs, or scrambles. This sandwich used to be plain, but now, it's isolated. More variety in ingredients, without overdoing it.

With these starter ingredients and sandwich techniques, happy stomachs could lead to fewer cases of liver cancer, and also bring up the quality of your articles, leading to higher performance! Read this in good health!
