Promise Activ SuperShots: A Review

I went to the grocery store to pick up a few groceries and noticed this stuff called "Promise active SuperShots". It came in a small 4-pack
container of 3-ounce drink. I also noticed that it came in three different flavors (strawberry, peach, raspberry)

I have been trying to take better care of myself lately, although my cholesterol level isn't really considered "high", it is at a level that I need
to be more aware of the things that I eat.

Yogurt is something that I have always loved the taste of but kind of got bored with. I really wanted to try something similiar but different , so
I decided to purchase a 4-pack of strawberry flavored Promise activ SuperShots.

The Pros of Promise activ "SuperShots"

This stuff really has a great taste ! It is truly like drinking yogurt instead of eating it but a little stronger tasting and not as sweet. (Yogurt powder
is used)

Really cheap price lets you try it. Only paying $3.99 for four bottles

The real "Miracle"ingredient in this drink is "Plant sterol". Plant sterols are found in many foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, grains and
seeds, but in very small quantities. You would have to consume over 100 pounds of these foods to get 2 grams of natural plant sterols,
only one small bottle of "SuperShots" contains 2 grams. (140 Clinical studies have proven that Natural plant sterols does indeed lower your
cholesterol level)

This stuff is also very good for your cardiovascular system too. It contains Omega 3 ALA, Omega 6 and Vitamin E.

You can purchase this drink at almost any grocery store. Instead of having to go to a "Speciality or Organic" grocery store.

It only has 70 calories in one serving. My favorite brand of yogurt has 110 calories in one serving.

This stuff is really filling too. I was really shocked to find out that it does indeed seem to make you satisfied and take away the hunger pangs.

The Cons of Promise activ "SuperShots"

I wish that it came in more flavors. I myself prefer "blueberry" or "pineapple" flavored yogurt.

The recommendation for drinking Supershots is, right after eating a meal because cholesterol is highest in the intestines after you eat so cholesterol and fats from the meal can stimulate your liver to recycle more cholesterol through your intestines. I personally would enjoy this as a kind of "snack" several hours after eating a meal instead of the typical snack foods.

These are the only "Cons" that I have for Promise activ SuperShots.

So anyone that is concerned about their health and really like the taste of "Yogurt" should try this.
