This new drinking hole will inhabit the former site of Tavern on Dean. Tavern on Dean was a favorite neighborhood restaurant and tavern at the corner at 755 Dean Street. It was known for its brunch menu and closed this past summer.
According to Prospect Heights Patch, the bar will open December 1, 2010 and be open until 4 a.m. The board approved of this development at the monthly meeting held at Crown Heights' Berean Missionary Baptist Church.
