Prospect RV Park is a full service RV Park, meaning that it offers its RV guests sites that have water, sewer and electricity. There are also RV sites here that do not offer sewer hook ups but guests who choose to stay in one of these will find a dump station on the premises if they need to use it.
RVers who choose to park their RV at Prospect RV Park will also find all the amenities that they would expect to find in a full service RV Park. This would include a full service laundry, bathroom and shower facilities, a dump station and wifi internet.
Pets are welcome with their RVing owners at Prospect RV Park as long as their owners remember to be courteous and clean up after them. There is also 250 acres of open space on the property that can be enjoyed by pets staying here. This open area is located at the end of the pet walk.
Rates for staying at Prospect RV Park are determined by the amount of time the Rver plans on staying at the RV Park. These rates are either daily, weekly or monthly. Daily rates are for $29.50 plus tax for full hook up and $27.00 plus tax for no sewer hook up. Weekly is $177.00 for full hook up and $162.00 for no sewer hook up. These rates are for 2 adults and one tow vehicle. Children and extra adults are $2 and $3 dollars per day per person. Monthly rates are $550 and electricity is metered. Extra vehicles are $20 per month.
To get to Prospect RV Park get off of I-70 at Exit 266 to Ward Road. From Ward Road take a left or go east on 44th Avenue and go 6 blocks to the entrance of the park which is on the right side of the road.
Prospect RV Park is located close to places to buy groceries, get fast food and to go shopping. Heinie's Market is located on West 44th Avenue in the same area as the RV Park while Edwards Meats is a little farther away but still on West 44th Avenue. Super Target, where you can buy groceries and do other shopping, is located a little over a mile away on Kipling Street and King Sooper is about a mile on Youngfield Street while Safeway is 2 miles away on Ralston Road in Arvada, Colorado.
If you are staying at Prospect RV Park and get the craving for fast food, you will find Taco Bell, Carl's Jr and Burger King all about a mile away on Kipling Street. McDonald's and Subway are on Youngfield Street and are a mile to a mile and a half away. Dairy Queen is a little over a mile away on West 44th Avenue and Sonic is nearly 4 and ½ miles away on Sheridan Boulevard in Edgewater, Colorado.
If you need to do a little shopping while staying at Prospect RV Park then you will find a Walmart a mile away on Youngfield Street, Kmart is 2 miles away on West 58th Avenue in Arvada, Colorado. Family Dollar is a little over 2 miles away from the park on West 58th Avenue in Arvada, Colorado while Zumiez Colorado Mall is 3 ½ miles away on West Colfax Avenue in Lakewood, Colorado.
