Psalm 11

"1 In the LORD I take refuge.
How then can you say to me:
"Flee like a bird to your mountain.

2 For look, the wicked bend their bows;
they set their arrows against the strings
to shoot from the shadows
at the upright in heart.

3 When the foundations are being destroyed,
what can the righteous do [a] ?"

4 The LORD is in his holy temple;
the LORD is on his heavenly throne.
He observes the sons of men;
his eyes examine them.

5 The LORD examines the righteous,
but the wicked [b] and those who love violence
his soul hates.

6 On the wicked he will rain
fiery coals and burning sulfur;
a scorching wind will be their lot.

7 For the LORD is righteous,
he loves justice;
upright men will see his face."

(Quoted from http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Psalm%2011;&version=31;)

Once again, the writer of a Psalm is speaking of taking refuge in the Lord. He mentions that the wicked are aiming their sights to destroy the righteous. He is calling the wicked people sons of men, which is a different meaning of son of man/Son of Man. The one with men is describing the wicked while the one man describes a righteous man. Anyway, God sees the things that the wicked are doing. The Lord will bring justice on those things done. The point that is continually made is that, we are going to be attacked for being right with God, for it is a natural phenomenon. What we need to do is remember that God sees everything, and He has us covered.
