PSC Croissant Sandwiches, Takes the Guessing Out of Breakfast

Candus
This weekend while shopping at The Grocery Outlet in The Dalles, Oregon I came across some amazing Croissants by PSC. These Croissants come four in a box and the box size is 18 ounces. For two dollars I thought I should give them a try and purchased the Sausage, Egg and Cheese Croissant's.

My husband and I tried these over the weekend and I must admit we were a bit skeptical. We are like most people who would much prefer a fresh biscuit or croissant for breakfast, but sometimes life gets in the way of cooking.

We tried these and were pleasantly surprised at the quality of flavor that these croissants give. The bread is not doughy or stale tasting but flaky and flavorful. The egg is a very large one as well as a huge sausage patty and melted cheese over the top of all of these gives it that home cooked flavor.

Some of the nutritional facts along with these croissants are, that one equals 450 calories. The total fat in these are 32 grams as well as 145 milligrams of cholesterol.

You may want to know that the sodium content is rather high at 890 milligrams per croissant. For those of you interested in eating a diet high in carbohydrates this croissant stocks you up with 24 grams per serving.

even though there is only 1 gram of dietary fiber in these, you'll still receive 15 grams of protein. They will stick with you till lunch that's for sure, because their full of protein as well as leaving you with a complete full feeling.

You will receive 10% of your daily Vitamin A with these croissants as well as 8% Iron and 10% Calcium. They are manufactured by a company called Imperial Food Service and their address is 740 Schneider Drive, South Elgin, IL. 60177. Or you may wish to phone them with any question's you may have at 1-847-741-2544.

Some of your ingredients in these croissants are, soy and eggs or wheat and dairy as well as pork and American cheese along with many other ingredients that make up these fantastic tasting breakfast croissants.

I recommend you give them a try and you'll never wish to cook another croissant again, when these make life so much more simpler.
