PSP- Best Invention Made for Lovers of Technology

PSP, or PlayStation Portable is by far one of the greatest inventions made. A combination of picture sharing, video playback, music, and video games it can't get much better. They come in black, white, and pink. If you like video games or know someone who does then I suggest getting a PSP. Maybe you need to occupy your boyfriend, husband, or kids. Maybe you want to keep them busy for a little while. Hand them a PSP and you won't hear a sound out of them for days. I know from experience. My boyfriend recently purchased one and he has not put it down since. Quite peaceful if you ask me. Only problem with the PSP is that if you ask the person playing it to do something it probably won't get done. I only had the chance to play it for about five minutes before he took it back so I didn't mess up his game. Then when he left it in the room thats when I checked out all of the features it has. To my astonishment it had more than I thought it would. I work with computers so I like getting into the internals of the system itself. Thats when I came across all the settings it has.

The quality of the hand held itself is great. Although it may be fragile it is very appealing to the consumer. Why buy an Ipod or MP3 player? There's no need to buy a portable DVD player. If you want those features why not get a PSP. You can take it everywhere and it combines all those features. The only problem is that it comes with a 32MB memory stick but thats certainly not enough to have music, photos, saved games, and movies. You will need to purchase an additional memory stick thats perhaps much larger to your liking. For security reasons setting a password is a good idea. You can access that feature by going to settings and then to security settings. You can adjust just about everything. Under settings you can access network update, usb connection, video settings, photo settings, system settings, theme settings, date and time settings, power save settings, sound settings, security settings, RSS channel settings, and network settings. These features allow you to do almost anything with your PSP. Since PSP is wireless enabled you can visit your favorite websites anywhere there is a wireless signal. The browser is located under network. With all those features you can't go wrong.

The selection of games and movies out for PSP is great. The graphics make the system all the better. Each game is unique. They all have different graphics but are all just as smooth and vibrant as every other game. By far this portable gaming system has the best graphics. I've had the chance of watching my boyfriend play this game constantly so I've seen the quality of each game. There has been no glitches like you may see with a normal system. Plus, the games are called UMD. I'm not totally sure what that stands for but in computer lingo it would probably be a Universal Media Disk. I don't get to use it as much but thats what I know from looking. The games are in a little white covering which protects the disk and prevents it from scratching. I think Sony took the time out to think about their customers.

Video quality is also fantastic. You would think that a movie might skip or not have that great of quality on such a small screen but it in fact does. There is no problems with the playback of movies on the PSP. That is what makes it a great portable DVD player.

Usually when a company creates a product they usually have to get an idea of the age group their intending on advertising for. This system is for everyone. I understand that five years old may be too young but you never know. Adults to young kids will love the PSP. If I could actually get one myself, I will never grow bored anywhere I go. I would bring it everywhere. Instead I watch my boyfriend play with it. For now. I will get a chance when he finds something new to play with. So, get yourself a PSP and don't just watch someone else play it.
