Psychic Children: How to Retain and Teach Them to Keep This Natural Talent

Some children have an advanced psychic ability at a very young age. At the early stages of their lives, they may start manifesting and demonstrating psychic abilities which other people can only achieve after years of practice. The psychic abilities of these children can manifest in many different ways. For example, there are those who can see not just with their eyes, but with other body parts as well. There are those who can see spirits of the deceased.y having adults acknowledge their abilities, it helps these special children in the process of their continuous development.

Many parapsychologists believe that humans are born with innate psychic ability and that the exhibition in children happens before outside influences (parents, teachers, preachers) begin to teach the children the cultural philosophies of their belief in such abilities---usually to an end that tells the child such abilities don't exist. The child picks up the idea that they shouldn't be doing these things they've had the ability to do since early in their worldly existence. In this situation, we grow up putting our psychic ability out of our realm of thought, only experiencing it in flashes of precognition (sensing an action before it happens) or the occasional knowledge of who is going to call us just before they do.
In some instances, these abilities are recognized by the adults and are encouraged by them in the child's growth and development. Assuming that the parents are also psychic or do have a good amount of knowledge in the field, these children are encouraged to develop these abilities. They are often led into other aspects of psychic ability, such as divination or mediumship, dowsing and tarot reading. These educational experiences build on what is believed to be an innate ability that, ultimately, we are all born with.

The minds of children are very open and receptive, which allows them to easily see spiritual beings and communicate with them. Adults usually call these beings "imaginary," thinking that they are simply invented by children. However, we should be able to discuss what the children see instead of dismissing them as imaginary. Teach your child to meditate and try visualization in order to develop their psychic talent as we all know, most children (as discussed in my book Beyond The Third Eye) tend to lose this ability once they are integrated into our society (e.g. preschool, school etc). The further they are integrated into our society the further they get away from their natural psychic abilities.

If they are brought up with their abilities acknowledged, nurtured, and enhanced, they will become adults who know how to show the same kind of love, care, and understanding towards children who have the same skill as they do as adults.

Psychic ability is a gift we were all born with, and we are all capable of developing it to the fullest. Some children are born with this ability already fully developed with their minds open and accepting of anything they perceive. They are not held back by fears and worries of being different. They are free to say what's on their minds, and their words usually carry wisdom in them. This is why it will help us to teach them (while still a blank canvas) to develop this ability into adulthood.
