Dream Yoga: The Meditative Technique to Decipher Psychic Dreams
There are lots of methods to psychic dream interpretation. One well known method is a Yoga tactic known as Dream Yoga. As the name indicates, it is a meditation procedure targeted towards enlightenment and knowing on what your dreams present.
Dreams go by symbolism, so it is not sensible to take everything literally when you decipher your dreams using your psychic side. In Dream Yoga, representations and figures also are significant. This is because the figures are said to be a representation of one's personality. Here is the basic method on how psychic dreams can be interpreted through Dream Yoga:
Here's what you need:
- A dream notebook/journal
- A pen or any writing instrument
- A quiet/calm/relaxed environment that can allow you to concentrate while you reflect and meditate as you connect with your inner psychic side
- A psychic dream dictionary (not really required, but it can help at times)
Step 1: When you wake up, go to that tranquil nook you have picked out to meditate in. Relax your mind and get in touch with the natural psychic in you. When you are all set, jot everything from your dream in your note pad. Make sure to be truthful and very detailed. Make sure to place the date on every journal entry you make. You can also use commentary scribbles (bullet points) for any information you might have skipped after you write your entry.
Step 2: Read through your journal entry, try to hook up with your inner psychic self as you do this. Ask yourself, what are your first impressions or interpretations of that dream -- what can it possibly imply in real life? Jot those down as well.
Step 3: Next, try to recall all possible events that might have led to that dream and what it implies. Take note of those in your journal too.
Step 4: Select main keywords/symbols/signs from your dream. As you write them down in your notebook, write beside each word the associations or meanings to you and in your life. See how the symbolic meanings fit together to convey a thought or message (you may use a psychic dream dictionary for reference if you wish).
Step 5: To finish the process, it is now time to use the message from your dream to real life.
We dream for a justification. The main objective is that we attain a whole new level of realization and enlightenment which in turn, will make us develop to be better individuals.
