I didn't even wait until I got to him to rip the box of tissues open. I opened then in the store and started blowing my nose right away. Wow, what a difference. They were so soft on my very bruised nose. My two-year-old son was in the wagon and I could swear he was laughing at me. I was actually rubbing the tissue all over my face. It felt wonderful. So soft, so fluffy. My nose was thanking me.
After about a day of using the Puffs Plus Lotion Facial Tissues, I soon noticed my skin feeling softer. I think the lotion in the tissues was working as a face moisturizer. That was fine with me because my skin felt so dry and chapped. These wonderful tissues did their job. My nose started healing by the next day. I put a box of tissues in every room of my house.
The only thing I did notice was that after two days of using these tissues, I felt I needed to wash my face a lot. Maybe I was getting too much lotion from these tissues. I think what happened was that once my dry and chapped skin started healing, the extra lotion didn't have anywhere to get absorbed. So it was starting to leave a residue on my face. I still would prefer that feeling than the sore red dry chapped nose feeling I had felt on the previous day.
The tissues come with 144 tissues in each box. I ended up going through two entire boxes in one day. That is a lot of sneezing. After my cold finally stopped, I could tell a huge difference after using the Puffs Plus tissues. My nose wasn't red or chapped. I didn't have those white flakes coming off my nose. I also applied Vaseline to prevent my nose from flaking. The Puffs plus really helped my nose stay soft.
I highly recommend purchasing the Puff plus tissues with lotion. They will really help your nose from getting sore and red. I liked that the tissues weren't flaky. Sometimes your hands will be filled with white pieces of tissues after blowing your nose. This was not the case with these great tissues. A box only cost $2.99. They were worth every penny.
