Ingredients

Serves 10
15 oz Canned Pumpkin
4 Eggs
1C Vegetable oil
2/3C Water
3C White Sugar
1/2C Chocolate Chips (optional)
2tsp Vanilla extract
1tsp Fresh ground ginger
3 1/2C All-purpose flour
2tsp Baking soda
1 1/2tsp Ground cinnamon
1tsp Ground nutmeg
1/2tsp Ground ginger
pinch Ground cloves

Directions for Pumpkin Bread

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour three 7x3 in loaf pans.

Mix wet ingredients, chocolate chips and white sugar in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl mix the dry ingredients and stir well with a wire whisk. Stir the dry ingrediants into the wet ingredients until just blended. Pour into the prepared pans.

Bake for 50 minutes in the preheated oven. Bread is done when a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
