Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix

1 c. pumpkin, cooked and mashed

1/4 c. water

1/2 c. vegetable oil

3/4 c. granulated sugar

1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

4 eggs

Method

Combine all the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Beat with an electric mixture until smooth. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

Frosting

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened

1/4 c. margarine, softened

1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla extract

Method

Combine the cream cheese and margarine together; mix well. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until smooth. Spread onto completely cooled cake.
