Ingredients

Serves 8
1 cup canned pumpkin
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
8 ounces whipped topping
1 prepared graham cracker crust

Directions for Pumpkin Cheesecake

Beat the pumpkin, cream cheese and sugar in bowl until smooth using whisk or electric mixer. Stir in whipped topping.

Spoon the mixture into pie crust. Refrigerate 3 hours. Garnish as desired.
Tip
Chocolate graham cracker crust is great with this pumpkin cheesecake!
