What you need:
2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 (8-ounce) container vanilla low-fat or nonfat yogurt
3 cups water
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups quick cooking oats
1 cup canned pumpkin
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 (8-ounce) container vanilla low-fat or nonfat yogurt
3 cups water
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1/4 teaspoon salt
What to do:
First you need to put 3 tablespoons of chopped toasted pecans and put them into a medium saucepan. Then put the water, pie spice and salt into the mix and bring it to a boil. Once it's to a boil, reduce the heat down to about medium. You want to stir in the pumpkin and the brown sugar and cook for about 1 minute. Then let it cool down. Put into your favorite bowl and top it with yogurt and pecans!
