Recipe:
Pumpkin Ring Ingredients
3 cups Bisquick (original or reduced fat) baking mix
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup packed brown sugar
¼ cup softened margarine
4 eggs
1 can pumpkin (16 ounces)
2½ teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
¼ cup milk
Glaze Ingredients
(Beat together when pumpkin ring is cool.)
1½ cups powdered sugar
1½ tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pumpkin Ring Directions
Heat oven to 350°.
Grease and flour a bundt or angel-food cake pan.
Beat all ingredients (except glaze) on low speed for 30 seconds.
Beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Spread in pan.
Bake for 50 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes.
Remove from pan, cool completely, drizzle with glaze.
